Updated Cancellation Policy for Bleap Technologies (www.bleap.co.za)

Thank you for choosing Bleap Technologies for your web design solutions. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring changes to your subscription. Please read our revised Cancellation Policy to understand the updated terms and conditions associated with canceling our web design suites.

  • Our web design suites operate on a month-to-month subscription basis.

  • If canceled before the completion of 12 months, all files, including website files, emails, hosting setup, and domain names, will be forfeited.

3. Cancellation Process

  • To initiate the cancellation process, send an email to cancellations@bleap.co.za with the subject line "Cancellation Request - [Your Account/Order Number]."

  • Your service will be canceled based on the following billing cycle criteria:

    • If you cancel before the 25th of the month (the billing run), your service will be terminated at the end of that month.

    • If you cancel on the 25th or after the 25th, your service will be terminated at the end of the next month.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be considered if payment was made and no work started.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial subscription date.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.

5. Service Termination

  • If a cancellation request is not received within the specified notice period, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services. If a product is suspended for more than 20 days due to non-payment, the services will be terminated, and all user data will be lost.

  • Our team will acknowledge the cancellation request and provide confirmation of the cancellation date.

  • Any outstanding fees or charges will be communicated to you.

7. Reinstatement of Services

  • Customers may reinstate services within 30 days of cancellation by contacting our customer support.

  • Reinstated services will resume from the point of cancellation.
